Welcome to Spoilt Mirror. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our bespoke mirror design, manufacturing, and restoration services ("Services"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Spoilt Mirror is a UK-based business specializing in custom mirrors, antique mirror restoration, and glass splashbacks. Our services are provided by Nathan, a master craftsman with over 25 years of experience in the industry.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Spoilt Mirror and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
Any designs, specifications, or creative input you provide for your custom project remains your intellectual property. However, by engaging our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your designs and specifications solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. We will not disclose your personal information or project details without your consent.
All orders require a detailed consultation and written quotation. Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quotation and payment of the required deposit. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quotation date. Prices may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations, specification changes, or unforeseen complications. Any price changes will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
All custom mirrors and glasswork are manufactured to your specific requirements. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements, specifications, and design requirements. We will not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
We use high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship techniques. While we strive for perfection, handmade items may have minor variations that add to their unique character. These variations do not constitute defects.
For installation services, we may conduct site surveys to ensure proper fit and installation. Survey fees may apply and will be discussed before scheduling. Survey results may affect the final quotation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and current workload. We will provide regular updates on progress and any delays.
Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery or collection. Ownership remains with Spoilt Mirror until full payment is received. You must inspect items upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
If a product is defective or does not meet specifications, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. We must be notified of defects within 48 hours of delivery and given reasonable opportunity to inspect the item.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and returned via the original payment method. Refunds may be subject to deductions for materials costs and work completed.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to other property.
For installation services, we will take reasonable care but cannot be held responsible for damage to existing structures, fixtures, or fittings that were not visible during initial assessment. Any pre-existing damage should be reported before work commences.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supplier failures.
We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship and materials for all custom mirrors and glasswork. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For existing orders, the Terms in effect at the time of order confirmation will apply.
